Risk of Loss

Delivery: All warehouse orders are shipped FOB our warehouse (in Canoga Park, California). If possible, SUGOILIFE.com and SUGOILIFE WHOLESALE will use the carrier designated by Buyer. If no carrier is designated by Buyer, SUGOILIFE.com / SUGOILIFE WHOLESALE will choose carrier deemed to be most cost effective. Buyer is responsible for all payments due to the carrier. Buyer assumes all risk of loss upon delivery of products by SUGOI LIFE.com/SUGOI LIFE WHOLESALE to carrier. SUGOILIFE.com/SUGOILIFE WHOLESALE is under no obligation to insure shipments unless specifically requested by Buyer and then only at Buyer's expense and valuation.
